WIN is looking for people who are willing to donate a little time and really make a difference. We have exciting opportunities to get involved with our Rescue Center, public education programs, and environmental conservation projects (see the project part of the site for further information). We also have internship opportunities in veterinary medicine, field biology, and animal care.
We welcome international volunteers who would like to live and work at WIN. As a volunteer there are many ways you can help animals, people, and the environment:
* Care for the animals at the WIN Rescue Center including preparing food, cleaning cages, and providing enrichment for the primates, birds, bats, civets, reptiles, and others.
* Assist our veterinarians at the Rescue Center and Animal Care Clinic (medical opportunities for vets and vet students).
* Join our rescue team and respond to calls of sick and injured wildlife, turtles, and marine mammals.
* Assist in our Reef Check program (for certified divers) and coral propagation program.
* Participate in our community education programs.
* Work with the Aeta’s in one of the alternative livelihood programs.
* Help with WIN administrative tasks and fundraising.
